F.A.Q.

What formats are acceptable for artwork?

You can send through artwork in most formats- .jpeg, .tiff, .psd, .svg etc.

The main thing to consider is the size of the image- in order to print properly the resolution ideally needs to be around 300dpi. If you are unsure then try printing out the image at the size you want on your home printer. This is how it will come out on the badge! You can also download a template on each badge page that you can put the image onto to send back at us

For t-shirts and totes it's similar- a vector format is best although you can send artwork through to us and we can check it for you.

How long will my order take to be ready?

Once the artwork has been finalised and payment has been received we can get straight onto making your run up. Badges will be made and sent within 10 days- if you've left it to the last minute and need the badges in a hurry we can offer a speedy service (additional coat may apply!). For t-shirt and tote printing it should be a similar timeframe although we will give you an accurate completion date at the time of ordering.

Can I mix designs of badges in a run?

Yes, you can have up to 5 images in a run of 100+ badges; if you need more designs then we can set them up fro an extra cost, contact us for a quote!

What printing types do you offer and what's the difference?

We offer Screen-printing and Direct-to-film printing for t-shirt and tote printing. You can see more information on our printing information page!

What methods can I use to pay?

Order straight through the website using debit or credit card- alternatively you can contact us to pay via bank transfer or invoice if your business requires this method.
